Due to the liquor licence and the area available for the event we must ensure we do not exceed capacity. As such there will only be 1800 free tickets available. This is also a grant funded event. As part of the reporting requirements we need to obtain information including number of attendees, gender and age.

Yes, if you are 18+ please bring legal ID. All persons under 18 MUST be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Bell Beats is a family friendly event, however, due to the event area being licenced for the sale of alcohol, anyone under the age of 18 must be in the presence of an parent or guardian at all times.

No! There is seating and even picnic rugs available on some of the grassed areas in the festival. Camping chairs, rugs, shade umbrellas etc will not be permitted into the festival area.

Gates will open from 12:45pm Saturday 4th October 2025 and conclude at no later than 9:00pm.

NO! There is NO BYO allowed, there is a wide variety of food stalls at the event with a great range of food and beverage options available. BYO food exceptions for PRE-APPROVED medical reasons and infants.

Unless you have a ticket you will be not be able to access the festival site on Darling Street and Bartlett street which includes the Peace Bell site.

No, except for special needs dogs. Please do not turn up with your furry best mate, as you will be refused entry.

Limited tickets (IF NOT SOLD OUT ONLINE) will be at the gate from 12:30pm, please pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment. No ticket, no entry. Reminder persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter without a parent or legal guardian.
